St. Andrews First Floor

This 1990s home was completely transformed following a major first-floor flood, emerging more beautiful and functional than ever. By reimagining the kitchen and living areas and removing a long load-bearing wall, we created a spacious, light-filled environment that feels open, sophisticated, and inviting. The show-stopping kitchen features an expansive island, stunning white oak cabinetry, and custom storage designed for both beauty and practicality. The entry staircase was redesigned into a sweeping curved statement piece with a custom metal railing. The primary bath was re-envisioned as a serene, spa-like retreat, while the home office and two additional bathrooms were also updated with thoughtful details. Collaborating with one of our favorite interior designers made this project especially rewarding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the stunning results.
