John renovated every inch of our 4800 sq. ft. home originally built in the 1970’s. The original floor plan was awkward and inefficient. John helped us achieve our vision of an open and functional floor plan within the original footprint. The flow of the house was completely reconfigured by removing and adding walls throughout the entire house. John captured unused attic space to vault the ceilings in our enlarged kitchen making it bright and airy. He took an asymmetrical sloped ceiling in the family room and found a way to open it up to create a 24 foot tall open ceiling with wooden beams.
